Because our furniture is handmade, orders require preparation and production time before shipment.

Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, customization, and workshop schedule. Estimated processing times are shown on the relevant product page whenever applicable.

If there is any unusual delay with your order, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, carrier operations, weather conditions, and seasonal shipping volume.

The shipping times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Please note that unexpected courier delays may occasionally occur after dispatch, and such delays are outside our direct control.

Delivery Issues

If your package appears delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or affected by any transportation issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will gladly assist by reviewing the shipment status and, where possible, communicating with the carrier. However, final delivery operations are handled by the shipping company.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

-clear photos of the product

-photos of the packaging

-photos of the shipping label

This helps us evaluate the issue quickly and offer an appropriate solution.
