📦 Damage, Loss & Shipping Issues — My Responsibility
Buying furniture online can feel risky. I understand that completely.
That’s why I want to be very clear:
If your table is damaged during shipping, or if the package is lost, the responsibility is entirely mine — not yours.
- You will never be asked to deal with the carrier
- You will never be left without a solution
- I will arrange a free replacement or solution immediately
You take zero risk when ordering.
